Thanks for the quick respeonse on email. In accordance with your instractions on my email. I got the Helicon URL rewrting thing installed on my PC and its in this location.

C:\Program Files\Helicon\ISAPI_Rewrite3

Well can you guide me specifically how to configure codeigniter with it?

Thanks for sharing it dude. But bro there is a problem, I already found the location you point out to for a solution but yeah the first link for the url rewrite thing on that server is not working infact this website
